1937 by Charlotte is now proud to offer $5 flat rate shipping via USPS anywhere within the continental U.S.

Canada & Mexico: $12 (up to 4 lbs. 4.01-20 lbs is $27.95)
All orders to Canada & Mexico may take 6 to 10 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays.

All other countries: $14 (up to 4 lbs. 4.01-20 lbs is $46)

All orders to other countries may take 10 to 14 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays. All Items ship within 2-3 days after processing.

Note: Shipping cost are non negotiable. Shipping fees are calculated to cover the cost of shipping plus the box & mailers the jewelry comes in.

Returns

It is our goal to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with all purchases from 1937 by Charlotte. We are constantly doing our best to make sure no detail is left overlooked & that all products that leave our office are of prideful quality. Nothing leaves our offices that we wouldn’t wear with pride ourselves. Each item is described to the best of our knowledge and sent with care. We want you to love your item and have a pleasant experience shopping with us.
We thoroughly inspect every item that comes in...We can promise that each item leaves our hands with each stone intact and placed nicely into its spot. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our jewelry.

You have up to 5 days from the receipt of your shipment to notify us of your desire to return an item. Items may ONLY be returned for an exchange. You must contact us here for a return authorization number that must be included with your returned item. Any item that is shipped back to us without getting a return authorization number will be returned at the cost of the customer. No refunds are allowed at this time. No exceptions. Shipping charges on the new item are $5 within the continental US & must be paid via paypal before your exchange will be processed.

Returned items will only be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value. Items cannot be exchanged for new products posted after your original date of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted if in their original, resalable condition. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for exchange. Broken, scratched, chipped or items with missing stones will not be accepted as an exchange. Shipping costs are non refundable.

We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.
